Stephanie is originally from Ottawa, Ontario, where she began her education in massage and nutrition in 2003. In 2005 she moved to BC and fell in love with the mountains and the outdoor lifestyle. She decided to finish her massage training and has been working as a BC Registered Massage Therapist since June 2010. She loves skiing, hiking, dirt biking, snowmobiling and enjoying the outdoors. On her days off you can find her out and about on adventures with her twin boys.

Her treatment style is quite diverse depending on the clientele she is working with. She combines many different techniques such as myofascial therapy, neuromuscular therapy, positional release, visceral work, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, range of motion exercises, and active and passive stretching. She likes to involve her clients in the treatment process through education about lifestyle, posture, and teaching homecare exercises such as stretching, strengthening and hydrotherapy

Dr. Scott Nicol recently moved to the Sea to Sky Corridor from Calgary, AB where he had been practicing for over 7 years. Originally from Kelowna, BC, his love for the outdoors began at a young age through skiing, biking, running, golfing and water sports. The close proximity to recreational activities and a slower pace of life drove the move to BC from Alberta.

Dr. Scott obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. During that time, Dr. Scott had the privilege of competing as a varsity Track and Field middle distance runner where he won numerous CIS medals, set a school record and was the team captain for his final three years. He obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, OR where, at the same time, he completed his Masters of Science in Exercise and Sports Science.

Dr. Scott uses an evidence-based, diversified approach to care that includes a number of different techniques to aid his patients. Along with manual therapy, he uses Graston, Activator methods, numerous modalities and is full body trained in Active Release Technique (ART®). He has a keen interest in working with all individuals struggling with pain or dysfunction and is eager to provide long-lasting relief. Dr. Paul is a 1997 graduate of Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She has been in the Whistler-Pemberton area for 23 years and loves the family chiropractic practice she has developed. She has been the owner of Pemberton Valley Wellness since 2008. She loves the valley and feels blessed to live in Pemberton. When she isn’t at the office, you may catch Dr. Paul out with her daughter and chocolate lab having fun, running, skiing on the Blackcomb, hitting the mountain bike trails or maybe even waterskiing on Gates Lake!

She takes a particular interest in pediatrics and pregnancy. Educating the community about the importance of chiropractic for infants and children is one of Dr. Paul’s many goals. Ensuring that children have a healthy, mobile spine is essential for proper growth and development. It is as important as seeing the dentist and the eye doctor. Problems can be detected and corrected before they become a serious problem. Let her know if you have any questions or concerns. Chiropractic is safe and effective for kids of all ages!
